✧BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THE STATED TERMS OF SERVICE✧!!FAILING TO FOLLOW THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN A PERMANENT BLACKLISTING FROM EVER COMMISSIONING ME AGAIN, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THEM THOROUGHLY!!I CAN DO: FanArt, OC's, Character Design, NSFW, mild gore, Pokemon-type creatures, simplyfied animals, VTuber/PNGTuber models, Stream Assets, logos, etc...I CANNOT DO: Old people, mecha, extreme gore, extreme NSFW, imitate existing illustrations, hate-based/delicate/inmoral subjetcs, NFT-intended art, things that make me unconfortable.✦Things that aren't specified can be discussed✦
• The final product (except Stream Assets, Logos, Emotes and PNGtuber models) is strictly for PERSONAL USE.• If you want your commission to be Commercial Use (i.e use it on Twitch, Youtube, or other public pages for profit/monetization purposes), I will charge an extra 50% based on the final price, for merchandise, it's an extra, non-negotiable 100%.• Depending of the complexity of the commission and/or the amount of work I have, turn-around time and delivery of the finished commission can range from 2-3 weeks to a month.✖ I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY COMMISSION REQUEST✖ DO NOT USE MY ART FOR AI TRAINING, BE A DECENT HUMAN BEING AND RESPECT MY WORK✖ AFTER THE PAYMENT IS DONE AND THE COMMISSION IS STARTED, I WON'T BE ABLE TO DO A FULL REFUND.
✧COMMISSION PROCESS✧1. After I acepted your request and we discussed further details, 100% of the total must be paid upfront so I can start working (or it can be 50% to start and 50% before I deliver the finished product).2. After the payment is sent succesfully and the initial sketch it's ready, I'll send it to the client for approval/changes if necesary.- There's a max of 3 mayor changes that can be done in this stage, after that, any other mayor changes in the lineart/color stages will have an extra cost.3. Once the product is finished, i'll send to the client the illustration/assets in full quality and without my watermark.
